They weren't on the same page about sitting us, the host was nice, but first telling us a 5 minute wait, then a guy said come in, then they said hold on- they gotta clean the table first, and still they didn't even wipe down the table well. There was a lot of flies in the area. The food itself was very mid. Are we supposed to ask for salsa and chips? None were brought to us and we're used to that being provided as soon as you sit down or get your drink, and we got offered none. The visit wasn't impressive enough to ever return.

We took my 8 year old dog out for her birthday as we do every year. We have been bringing her to Andales dog house for about 7.5 years with no issues. We’ve celebrated so many birthdays and events here so we could have our dog apart of everything and again haven’t had any issues until today. We were greeted with “have you ever brought a dog here before?” When yes, we’ve brought our dog to this restaurant for 7.5 years with no issues, she sits in a chair and is well behaved. We were sat at a small table with 3 benches. I asked for a bigger table with chairs and was met with attitude saying they had a wait list and I couldn’t move tables. It was more convenient for us and my dog to have more space at a table so she could have a chair and we could comfortably sit. We also had my toddler with us. So at a crammed table having a dog and a toddler would be difficult for us to have plates close by… I shouldn’t have to explain myself they should’ve just moved us no problems asked. The manager was rude and said that table was meant for 6 people and it’s not her fault we didn’t fit. How freaking rude!!! Well, we did fit just not comfortably… if we didn’t have a dog and toddler no problem it could fit adults not reaching for hot plates! We had high hopes for our server who greeted us with a a friendly attitude… but our high hopes quickly faded. I ordered a margarita that I never received. After receiving my dinner first before the drink I told the server I didn’t want the drink anymore. We needed napkins and condiments that never came. We had to get up and get them ourselves, refills that we never got and we had to again get up and get to-go boxes. It’s like the manager told our server to give us bad service on purpose… So disappointing because I loved Andales but after today I’m sad to say I won’t be back. And also, the bigger tables they said they were saving for larger parties never got sat… so why lie? And not just accommodate your customers without being difficult?

One of my favorites! I miss NM food so much. There is nothing like drinking cold beer and eating delicious mexican food under the Las Cruces stars on a summer night with an open chips and salsa bar. Heaven. You can wear a hat if you go while the sun is up!

Best Brunching place in Las Cruces/Mesilla area. Been there numerous times and I never once had bad service or bad food. Always on top. Wait is usually long on the weekends but it’s worth it every time.

My friends enjoyed their food. I would not recommend the enchiladas. (Similar to another review on here) To me it was like stacked quesadillas that had a bunch of queso on it. I ordered it Green with chicken. The chicken was only on top when I was told that it would be in between the layers of tortilla. It was not what I was expecting.
Great food with great prices! I was there with friends and the service was amazing. I bought salsa to take home. Dog friendly patio. I highly recommend stopping in

Great experience tonight...brought my family from out of town and the food was great, the waitress Andrea was wonderful, very attentive. It was a very hot day glad the fans were on high! We will return.

Went and couldn't get the table we wanted and the table we got was dirty. Took forever for food and when we did get plates the meat was burnt and dry.
