“we had not been to this place in over two years. I noticed that they started a prime rib night on Tuesdays so we elected to try it. The food was absolutely amazing. That’s probably one of the best cuts of prime rib I’ve ever had and the Ajou was delicious, came with a baked potato and roasted asparagus, we absolutely will do this again. I want to go and try some of their other dishes because previously we had been disappointed but not anymore.”

And we have to just work through their shortcomings. It's all about the money, cutbacks.I hope this is shared or picked up by Sam's club through Facebook or any other social media. The red and green sauces were the authentic deep flavors and the salsa is zappy but flavorful. Our waitress, Leslie encouraged us to try the Calabacitas and tasty whole Borracho Beans? Both were beyond any we’ve eaten previously. Leslie gave us excellent service and was very friendly. The ambience is dated authentic adobe with bright colors and mural paintings. We highly recommend La Nuevo Casita Cafe!”

“I have frequented the Broken Spoke Tap House many times since it opened 5 years ago. I had originally given it five stars when we started going there, but apparently things have changed there. Businesses need to keep working hard to make customers feel welcome, happy, and keep them coming back. My husband and I went to The Broken Spoke last night while out on a date, and decided to sit on the patio so that we could enjoy the lovely evening and have drinks and chat. We sat on the patio for quite a while. I thought there was perhaps no waitress since no one was coming out. So we were patient. But multiple times, the bartender looked out at us from behind the bar and then turned to watch football. My husband finally asked me if I wanted to just move inside or just go get our own drinks, and I said no, I'd rather go someplace that wants us. So we took a stroll down the street to the Little Toad, where they were quite busy, but we were greeted and quickly served. You cannot get lazy and take customers for granted and still expect people to come to your business - that's why places go under. Very disappointed.”

“We traveled to Las Cruces New Mexico from El Paso on a shopping day trip for Business. We decided to stop by at various businesses in the area starting from Home Depot/HomeGoods and the local mall finally decided on let’s have Italian so we went on over to the Olive Garden, where it’s always served up the best.
It was packed to the scenes. They are offering their never-ending possible right now we decided we were gonna do the tour of Italy not a sale discounted option. At first we mentioned it was our birthday. Our food was not up to par. The waitress Charlie, who I must say has a great smile, wonderful personality and dynamic all the way. Definitely come by and see Charlie here at this location. She not only went above and beyond with the service came in had our tour of Italy redone. got us a free dessert for our birthday. The manager came to the table and spoke to us. She really turned our experience around and I definitely give her 100% Great customer service very accommodating. I’m gonna have to rate this Olive Garden experience top 55 stars for sure.

The only real bagels in the region - they make them in house the right way / boiling and all. No one in the area (El Paso included) actually follows a real bagel recipe. Their pastries are great too. Parking: We went during Halloween, and the employees displayed their painted pumpkins on a table entering the restaurant, and customers had the opportunity to vote for the best pumpkin! We wonder who won the most votes and what the prize was.

Their excuse was that they deal with a lot of adults who look like minors and that he shouldn't have been on the top floor. Like how TF is my son supposed to know that?! We've never been to this establishment before. Owner/management needs to train staff better and hire actual professionals, NOT some ghetto hoodlums eager to put their hands on people. How did a minor even make it upstairs without being carded?! This is grounds for a lawsuit”
