U must tell them to not over cook your burger or they'll over cook it and dry out. If tell them medium it'll be moist and delicious. The quality of the bun is really poor it always falls apart and doesnt have any flavor. They need to replace the bun badly. I go to the Yuma Arazona location everything is perfect there, food is cooked prefectly without requesting how to cook and the employees are so friendly always smiling. Surprisingly good food I must admit my first time ordering here and I really enjoyed the chili cheese fries and beef hot dog. Now the spicy chicken sandwich was at all spicy but hey it was good. The service was outstanding. Another thing that surprised me was the amount of people there especially because we went late in the evening.

I love their burgers and definitely the French fries. I don't go often because they are sooooo expensive for fast food burger meal but I love the smashed burger patty and the fries are shoe string fries and seasoned soooo good so its one of those things I get for a special treat. Shouldn't cost for an adult meal and a child burger over 20.00, sad but true.
