Another big fail for chain type restaurant in Las Cruces, NM. We were seated in the bar area, waited for 15 minutes until anyone even acknowledged we were sitting there. Server came to take order, out of all but 3 beers on tap. We ordered, my entree came with asparagus, they were out. Meal took a long time to get to us. My husband never got the beer he ordered. We've given this Chili's a try one too many times hoping for the service and food of the past were back to par however, once again, we were very disappointed. This particular location in Las Cruces is constantly short staffed and slow. Our most recent visit was just a few days ago and the first thing we noticed was the filthy steps and floor just outside the front entrance of the restaurant. I had ordered from here through uber eats. Considering I used a delivery service tgere may be plenty of blame to go around. I had ordered 16 hot wings but received 12 cold wings. While the restaurant can't control the speed of the delivery they were like refrigerated cold not just cooled down to slightly warm I mean cold. Coupled with the 25% shortage of the order.
