“I recently dined solo at Double Eagle Restaurant in Las Cruces, and it was truly a memorable experience from start to finish.

The historic building immediately sets the tone; classic New Mexico elegance with a refined, old-world steakhouse atmosphere that makes the evening feel special the moment you walk in. It’s dramatic, beautiful, and full of character.

What truly made the night exceptional, however, was my waiter, Christian. He was charismatic, attentive, incredibly knowledgeable about the wine list, and genuinely enjoyable to chat with throughout the evening. His service felt polished and effortless.

The highlight of the night was the tableside Crêpe Suzette made by Christian; easily one of the best I’ve had in a long while. Prepared with confidence and flair, it was both delicious and entertaining, the perfect finale to a wonderful meal.

Even among a few less-than-gracious diners, my experience remained outstanding thanks to the atmosphere and Christian’s impeccable hospitality. Exceptional service elevates a meal, and I personally had a wonderful time.”

“While casually browsing the quaint Old Town shops we walked right next to the cafe sign and decided to give it a try. The Peppers cafe is situated in the center atrium of this el preserved historical building. The atmosphere is incredible and service is outstanding. The food was good, fish tacos are average and could use more salsa/crema, but green chile won tons and plaza enchiladas are yummy. Parking is a bit of a walk in public lots.”

“We are in Farmington for a few months for my hubbys job. We went to Wecks Saturday morning. The food was amazing, service was awesome, and it was super clean. But all of the staff were so friendly to everyone, and they all seemed truly happy!! Definitely going back again!”

“Possibly one of the best chile rellenos I’ve ever had. The monster margarita was $13 and well worth it however, when I originally asked her how much it was, she quoted me $10. Great service and I had an awesome server. I thought the refried beans had an odd texture to it though. I was sitting in the bar area. I’ve never heard of a restaurant charging you $1 for a side of flour tortillas The dining area lights were a little harsh. Also, if you pay with a credit card you get charged a little bit more. I know I’m splitting hairs here. I would give it an 8.5.”

“Came here for brunch. The food was good. I ordered the Eggs Benedict with Brisket w/ Red and Green Chile hollandaise sauce. So good! My husband ordered the breakfast burrito with brisket and he said that was amazing as well. Service was really slow. Took us almost 2hrs from waiting for a seat to us leaving.”

The bathroom was clean and presentable. The atmosphere was great! No judgement, just a cool hang out spot. We were there when the live band was playing. Vibe music for sure.
