If you haven’t tried Smoke and Sensations yet, you’re seriously missing out. I ordered the Parmesan wings and onion rings, and I can confidently say they were the best wings I’ve ever had hands down, not just in town but anywhere. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, and the Parmesan on the wings? You could tell it was freshly grated. It made such a difference and took the flavor to another level. Smokey Sensations is an amazing place for fantastic barbecue. The menu has so many different choices, from BBQ staples like perfect brisket, juicy rib tips, and the best pulled pork sandwich, to huge dino ribs, jerk chicken, Korean ribs, and a teriyaki chicken bowl. The burgers are incredible, including the brisket burger, the cowboy burger stacked with bacon, and the perfectly cooked smash burger. Sides are delicious, featuring perfectly cooked fries with perfect seasoning salt, garlic parmesan fries, collard greens, and mac and cheese. The sea food platter and salmon are also noted.
The atmosphere is very casual in a small space, but the focus is entirely on the food. The quality of the BBQ is seriously amazing and worth the price. The owner cares deeply, and the staff are really friendly with awesome service. It is a must-stop place for good barbecue, highly recommended for a truly fantastic and passionate experience.
