BANG!! What an amazing oasis in the Southeast corner of New Mexico! The Double Eagle is worth the drive. We ordered Chateaubriand table-side and it was excellent. Make sure you ask for "Fine Dining" so they will seat you in their most luxurious room with vintage chandeliers and oversized gold mirrors and the balance of the decor is spectacular! The music was perfect the wine was perfect!
The server that we had this evening was Joe and he was outstanding! The level of service that he provided was truly reminiscent of that old school charm and professionalism that is absent in so many areas of our culture today. Food was good, not quite home run however these are Pandemic times and somewhat challenging for us all. Thank you Lord that we are able to go out at all wonderful evening as we are blessed!

Took almost an hour to get out. The wait sucked, normally this place is right on but wth. So after they finally had the food at the table my wife order steak fajitas, no taste my burger was very under done, again no taste. My wife beans and rice feels like it came out of the fridge. I hope am not throwing up or having the shots later
