“This is one of my all time favorite restaurants to go to anywhere in all the places I have been in the U.S. and honestly, the world. Whether for a brunch, lunch, dinner, or a special group celebration, the service, atmosphere, and food is exceptional. They have more formal enclosed indoor areas for dining and then also a middle open courtyard with water fountains and plants. Really wonderful and magical setting. Also a sweet entry way with a small water fountain you can take pictures in front of and some benches.

If you coming on a holiday or busy weekend you might want to make reservations but they do usually allow you to just show up and give a wait time. The surrounding area is wonderful for walking around and looking at the small shops, including crafts, artwork, snacks/treats, books, etc. Parking is limited so you may have to park a bit away and walk to the area.“

“Moved to Cruces 3 years ago. Never heard of this place. Went to watch a grandson from El Paso play baseball at Apadoca Park yesterday and stopped here on my way home. WOW!! Most delicious burger I've ever had and I'm a senior! I can't stop thinking about it, but now have to wait until they reopen on Tuesday to get another one!“

“I went there today for the first time since moving to Las Cruces a few months ago. The food was excellent. Steak was cooked perfectly. There was a great atmosphere about the place. Clarissa was our waitress and to be honest, one of the best waitresses I've ever had. She was attentive, quick, and exchanged playful banter with the table. If you can get more employees like her, you definitely should. I'll absolutely be back. 10 out of 10.“

“Five Guys is solid and always delicious! Not only that, but as someone who medically needs to eat gluten free (GF), I am always accommodated for! This Las Cruces location goes above and beyond what I’ve experienced at other locations. For example, today’s visit included the manager asking if he personally could make my GF lettuce wrap when I shared concerns about it having been too greasy at other locations. Then the whole team made sure my GF stuff was prepared safely and also packaged/bagged separately. I want to extend a special thank you to the Cruces team for their excellent service.“

“I was disappointed in the customer service. They left me waiting at the front counter for more than 4 minutes before allowing me to place my order. Additionally the salt bin was completely empty. When I went to the counter to ask for salt they said they were out. But then remember that they had some more. They gave me what I asked for took the extras out to where the dispenser was but failed to fill the dispenser and put the extra salt down below the cupboard, thus leaving there no salt for the customers.“

“Stopped into the IHOP in Las Cruces with my wife, and we had a wonderful meal! I had the chicken fried steak and eggs with hash browns, and she went with the blueberry pancakes, scrambled eggs, and bacon. Everything tasted great, and neither of us left hungry!
The staff made us feel welcome, and our server was attentive and kept our coffee filled. The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and a great place to sit down and enjoy breakfast together. Great experience from start to finish, thank you to the whole team!“

The staff didn't acknowledge myself and my friend. We stood in the front counter for at least seven minutes. They ignored us. They had some cars in the drive-through. We were the only ones in the Lobby. We left the establishment hungry. Will I return to this establishment. Yes but during the day. Thank you to the staff that work during the day. You always make my visits pleasant.“
