First time at the restaurant; went on a Thursday evening and the place was absolutely slammed. I used the “12” free pizza” offer when i joined their “fan club”; server (Michaela) and management tried to do their best on service and helping me with the coupon. So disappointed! When they first opened, the food and service were amazing, but the last 2 times I was there the shrimp was severely over fried and my steak was tuff. I wanted a to go cup for the drink I didn't finish and was told it would be $4. The waitress was not a people person in the least. I will not be going back.
