I had not been to an IHOP since I left Florida, before covid and the lockdowns ,3 plus++ years ago . And it is not one of my regular restaurants to visit for breakfast because as a habit we go to Denny's. BUT I want to say the staff is so attentive, chill and laid back, the atmosphere is very relaxed, and the food was so good. Breakfast is one of my favorites and they have so much to choose from. This location was good but was crazy busy. Noticeable not enough handicap parking, especially to wide open carry out spots. It was a Sunday. Wait time was longer than expected for 2. Meal was just okay as it seemed cooled off as was made and possibly just sitting there WAITING. I felt carry out was a lot faster and should have just gone ahead with that. The service was great, which kept my rating higher.
