The waiter was patient with me & daughter as we waited for two other people. He was friendly and quick to help us. The food was good. The host was very nice & came to us and asked if we were doing okay. Food was prepared well.

Food is good has good flavor and is served in short amount of time always hot and ready. We had a great server he was right on top of everything and never let a glass or cup go dry without asking if we needed a refill. The restaurant is has clean as could be expected for having 500 or more people coming and going throughout the day the table was clean and seats too and condiments were full with good food and I love the 55 and older menu and was told once that if needed they can make a half meal of most things if asked
We stopped in for dinner and were seated in the second area where one other table was and then we waited. No one came to see if we wanted drinks or take our order. When we decided to leave 3 employees were standing at the front desk, when we walked by, they all turned and said "Goodnight, thanks for coming" none of them realized that they hadn't even helped us until I said "Thanks, no one helped us" on the way out the door.

Server walked by our table 4 times and didn't even acknowledge us. Typically service is better here, but I think this girl was simply overshelmed. After all, she had 2 other tables both of which came in after us. We were regulars but we won't be back while she's there.

Ya, no.... I got the t bone and it was complete trash. Flavorless, over cooked, and sad... also my sides came less than room temp (not sure how that was a thing). My daughter's chicken and waffles was half of one strange waffle and 2 meek looking chicken fingers. Honestly, would of been better just going to burger King.

Ordered omelette, that had hash browns in the omelette, description size too small to read, didn't know hash browns in the omelette, so I selected hash browns as my side, instead of toast.I thought when u order a meal, it came with toast. So I ordered toast, extra charge on the side.No hot sauce at table, had to ask. wanted to charge me for salsa.Asked if they had hot sauce in bottles, yes, but you have to figure that out for yourself, wasn't offered as an option. Should not that be a condiment on the table?Asked for napkins, got 2 for a group of 4, had to ask for more. Shouldn't that be a normal item on the table?Food was ok, not enough meat in the omelettes, mostly egg. Was hoping for strong coffee, but it was weak, watered down.

This location was good but was crazy busy. Noticeable not enough handicap parking, especially to wide open carry out spots. It was a Sunday. Wait time was longer than expected for 2. Meal was just okay as it seemed cooled off as was made and possibly just sitting there WAITING. I felt carry out was a lot faster and should have just gone ahead with that. The service was great, which kept my rating higher.

Was told that kids eat free with every adult entree but when I arrived to the restaurant the server told me that only applies to the entrees on the dinner menu. I am sorry IHOP, but how many people come to your restaurant for your salsbury steak? Be more clear next time especially since other IHOP locations allow kids eat free with any adult meal, breakfast or dinner.
