Have lived in Las Cruces 7 months and finally made it to Tacos & Shell-ah’s. I see them on social media a lot with different specials. Made it tonight for $1.99 fish tacos on Taco Tuesday. 2 tacos each was plenty. Enjoyed 3 new to us hot sauces and we’ve tried a LOT of different sauces in our travels. They have an outdoor patio, but was too cold to enjoy.
One of my favorite places in town! Every thing on the menu is delicious. Yes, I've tried it all. Very unique offerings. Try a jicama tortilla with your tacos! And it all tastes very fresh, not at all frozen or processed. The chicharrones come out sizzling! The pineapple cilantro margarita is so refreshing and delicious. The service has always been top notch, too. You won't be disappointed in this place!

I had shrimp tacos which were great. The carnitas is reasonable. Great service, very friendly girls. Relaxed atmosphere. I found the tortilla a little small. When eating, a lot comes out on the sides.
