Sam's pharmacy has new manager and several new techs. It's apparent that this long time Sam's customer, that they are challenge with lack of experience. Both technical and customer service. From my experience it appears they have downsized on staffing. And the staff they hired appear less knowledgeable than the staff that used to be. Like all of America, they got us by the...
