It says they do front end alignments. This is not true. I was there yesterday and asked and was told to go to Big O. So 2 tires mounted and put on and they assumed I wanted them to throw my old tires and added another $40. $289.90 for just putting them on is crazy crazy

So I ordered this tv for pick up the next day. Brought it home and noticed it had a little dent on one of the corners. No worries, I thought to myself. Then find remote control is all scratched up and chewed up like a dog got to it. Then I connect it and tv not turning on. Called customer service and they said they would start a return process...which they didn't. Supposedly they were going to send return slip, called back another day and followed up and was never sent out. I bought another TV same day same model, realized the other tv was not the same as the newer one. So called customer service and they said to take it back to club and no label needed. Get to club, told them tv was not the right TV, and they would not take it back. I had to call police and file a police report. Tim the Mgr, would not take possession of tv. Called customer service again and they said they would reach out with local management and they would issue credit. very poor customer service. I've been in a management position for many years in the restaurant business, customer service, and oil field, I would never treat a customer the way I was treated. Especially a loyal customer. This was very poor customer service. I basically had to come home with a non working tv I was told to return at the club. Till someone w more authority, I guess, can handle the issue.

Is it really that hard to get all the gas pumps in working order?It's bad enough with the layout of the pumps and the fact that traffics gets backed up on Telshor making a dangerous situation.And the pumps are slow! Fix the pumps!

Horrible customer service in this Sam's club store. I have been a club member for over 5 years and today was the worst customer service I have ever seen anywhere. The customer service representative and the manager were rude, condescending and unprofessional. In addition to this the cashiers and managers know nothing about the state alcohol sales laws. Customer services goal should be to help the customer and make their shopping, not to be rude and unhelpful just because they can.

I've been a customer for over 25 years. I have never needed an ID to buy liquor. I'm 70 years old. Most recent visit I forgot my ID at home. A rude blonde older lady asked for ID, I gave her my birth date. She laughed at me and said she could not sell liquor to me. She took the bottles out of my cart raised them in the air and started laughing. I had never been humiliated like that in a store in my life. Previously on another visit she had badgered me about not transferring my groceries to another cart. I really do not feel welcomed at this club. Costco here I come.

Wasn't thrilled about self-checkout but this morning has made me decide that is beats the alternative. Clearly a certain cashier is grossly overpaid even if she only earns minimum wage. Tried phoning the manager while in the parking lot but the recording says "press 9 for an associate" and it just rings and rings. I hope Las Cruces gets a Costco soon so I can go there. I understand that selections are limited, that store policy requires that they periodically move everything around so we have to hunt for what we want and you can't find any employees to show you where something is but there's absolutely no service. This was not the first time with the cashier from hell but, last time, I had explained the"right" way to do something and, today, she remembered nothing. If I hadn't just spent$100 last week renewing my premium membership, I would never go back. I may not renew next year.

I found everything I needed at Sam's EXCEPT A SHRED OF HUMAN DECENCY! We pay a membership fee and for our groceries, just for a cashier at the food court to blatantly treat us disrespectfully. We ordered a pizza and wanted to pay for a full pizza, instead she charged us for every slice in the pizza INDIVIDUALLY WHICH IS RIDICULOUS! We ordered a berry sundae which the cashier made with nothing but the berry sauce (please look at your camera footage to see how she fills her ladle with just sauce on purpose)! Was she not trained properly? Why is she allowed to handle food when she can't follow simple instructions and do her one job. Chrystal Morales please make sure the people who represent your store at the very minimum do their jobs correctly, Sam's PLEASE DO BETTER!

This Sam's club is always clean and the staff is always nice. I can conveniently find anything that I need here. They always have great deals on fruit and vegetables. And I don't know a single person who hates the cheap rotisserie chicken. But this Sam's club I'm always able to get what I want. The food at the food counter is good and great price for 2.50 you get two slices of pizza and a soda. Killer deal.

Sam's Club made this new rule that when you check out, you need to transfer your items from your cart to a new cart. That is stupid as hell. What is the point of having someone at the exit checking our receipts then? Also, what about those that use the scan and go feature? The local Sam's Club clearly didn't think this through. It makes me question the competence of their management.

I wish I could rate this store zero stars. Every time I go in without my husband I get treated poorly. Today a cashier treated me very poorly and when I tried to report it to the manager I was told if I don't like the cashier treating me poorly to use the scan and go app. The manager treated me so poorly I immediately returned my cart which was over $200 worth of items. This store has zero regard for customer experience. I guess they will not miss the thousands I spend at this location yearly.

The worst my wife and I have ever been treated because we have tattoos and piercings, the level of professionalism was a zero the employees tried to embarrass my wife when there was no reason for this to even happen someone who trying to compliant with the workers but still treated us like criminals

It makes me sad to be a Las Crucen when WalMart and Sam's feel they need to lock up their liquor. But given that, there should be an easy way to get someone to open the liquor case. There is not. There is no call button at Sam's. I have often had to walk to the front of the store to ask someone to open the liquor cage. Today, I asked two different people with radios to please get someone to open the cage. I waited 10 more minutes and no one ever came. I just left and purchased my liquor elsewhere.
