Arby's is just consistent. When you discover something you like it will most likely be the same next time you come in. Some places are all over the board depending on who's working.
I was disappointed in the customer service. They left me waiting at the front counter for more than 4 minutes before allowing me to place my order. Additionally the salt bin was completely empty. When I went to the counter to ask for salt they said they were out. But then remember that they had some more. They gave me what I asked for took the extras out to where the dispenser was but failed to fill the dispenser and put the extra salt down below the cupboard, thus leaving there...read full review

Arby's is a restaurant with friendly and patient staff, who provide great service and go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. The food is good, although the fish basket has been a disappointment. However, the Mocha shake is a highlight, being amazing, tasty, and well-presented. The store is always clean, and the lobby was fairly empty and very clean. Food was prepared quickly and it was delicious. They offer 2 sandwiches for $6. The drive thru was quick. The atmosphere, the people, the really nice staff and the extremely nice polite respectful wonderful ladies from the drive through have extraordinary customer service skills.
