Staff was less than upfront about extra costs to meals and management ignored our suggestions to be open to their customers before posing extra costs ahead of ordering. Manager was not helpful nor did he seem to care about our concerns. Basically just said others don't care about the extra fees so that's why they don't mention them. RIDICULOUS! Marcie have our staff do better....
Take out from here is such a scam. Brisket nachos to go come with a small cup of nacho cheese for almost $20.
When I placed my to-go order in over the phone I requested everything be put on the nachos not on the side and of course they assured me they’d do this I was happy thinking I’d finally get an adequate amount of cheese on these nachos but once I arrived everything was on the side and all I got was a small cup of cheese.
