Wade was the best bartender! Great service, very attentive and knowledgeable. Highly recommend T or C Brewery!! The Pumpkin Spice White Russian was so delicious!

We were in Las Cruces for a convention and found Pecan Grill and Brewery on Thursday night. The experience was so good, we went back again on Sunday—our last night in town. That says everything.
On Thursday, we had the salmon—exceptional, perfectly prepared, flavorful, and beautifully plated. On Sunday, we tried their steak and shrimp, which was equally outstanding. Both nights, the food was superb.

Truth or Consequences Brewing Co. offers a great selection of beer and a welcoming environment. The knowledgeable and friendly staff enhance the experience, providing excellent service. While there is no food served, there are food options available in the same plaza, including a Mexican restaurant next door. The brewery has a dog-friendly policy, allowing customers to bring their own snacks and even offering water bowls for pets. The outdoor patio area is enjoyable, though not very spacious, while the indoor space has recently been expanded but could still use some decoration on the walls. Customers have praised the delicious beers, including the cosmic blonde and the green chile amber. Trivia birria nights on Mondays are a popular draw. Overall, it's a great spot to relax, enjoy good beer, and have a good time.
