“This place is cool as hell. Not super large inside, more cozy. It's a rare instance that I found the food to be even better than the beer! Recommend the Green Chile Cheesesteak. Super friendly service. Bring a 4WD for the parking lot...I kid! (mostly). My top brewery experience in Las Cruces...recommend!“
“BBQ in a small airport setting! Perfect! Worth getting off the highway for to get your BBQ here. Melt in the mouth brisket & pulled pork were both tender & flavorful. A tray of 9 sauces to play with & tasty sides were classic! Get your BBQ fix here!“
“We had a wonderful lunch at Little Toad Creek, it's a nice hang out spot with friendly staff and a nice selection of sandwiches. As we walked through the outside seating, we were greeted nicely and welcomed in, they even held the door for us!!We came for the distillery so were a little disappointed that the actual distillery is in Silver City. We did get to have a tasting though and what we tasted was really good! The spirits are genuine and true, meaning the vodka is nice smooth tasteless vodka, the gin is mildly junipered and also smooth and the agave spirits are truly agave and again, nice and smooth. They had me at Grilled Cheese & Tomato Soup!! Sadly, I was disappointed as the sandwich was somehow dry and the soup was the consistency of pudding! It tasted fine and I finished every bite, just wasn't up to my expectations. Hubby had the New Mexico Reuben and said it was good, just not quite enough pastrami. The Asian Slaw though, that was delicious and we even got some to go!“
“My husband and I went for the first time last night. We have friends visiting us in a few weeks and we wanted to see what this place was all about before we took them there. What a great experience! The manager and all employees were friendly and provided great service. We wanted to try a variety of their beers, so we sampled a few and then ordered 3. All varieties we had were delicious. We also ordered 3 meals for dinner. We had the plain hamburger, wings, and a flatbread pepperoni pizza. All were excellent. We will definately be back. If you live in Las Cruces or just visiting, this is absolutely worth going to.“
“The Porters are Heavenly! Great, attentive staff. Thanks, Lisa for recommending a brew that was not on the menu and selling me on it. This is the kind of service that keeps people coming back. Atmosphere and decor are a mix of modern and heritage ranchland industrial. Two TVs for sports viewing. Just a great place.“
“Our favorite place to eat in Las Cruces! Our first trip here from ABQ we stumbled upon this place, and it was phenomenal. Last weekend we came again for another great dinner, and were told they had brunch the following day. So we came back again the next morning! I’m not one to always come back to the same place, but the staff is so kind and welcoming and just an overall great spot. Prices are super reasonable, also!“
“Stopped in for dinner on a road trip and was so happy to have a good meal to break up all the junk you eat on a road trip. Service was great, drinks were great and so was the food. We had the fried pickles, birria tacos and Santa Fe chicken salad. All of them were delicious! Cute little brewery across from the college upbeat but not too loud inside“
“Decent food option in Las Cruces! The restaurant is big and suitable for a larger table/group. The service was a little slow but nothing out of the ordinary when you have a bigger group. Happy and enjoyable servers that are excited to have you at their table!“
“I’ve been going here since they opened usually once a week. There Monday night quiz is fun. I like the outdoor patio area but it’s not very big. They did expand the indoor space into another room which is a good thing, as the place is not very big, though it’s time they put some art on the walls I get a little tied to look at blank walls. Feels like the new room is unfinished. The beer is decent not a lot of options on tap they rarely have ambers. There and no 20 ounce glasses which is a bit strange I think for a brewery. The 16 ounce glass is the largest serving and because of that their beer can be pricey. They don’t offer food other than chips and jarred salsa for sale. There’s a Mexican restaurant next-door and they will provide you with a menu. You can bring in your own food/snacks though which is what we usually do. Honestly I prefer when brewery’s do that and focus on beer not the food or do a rotation of food trucks would be ideal. Too many breweries try to be restaurants and rarely get it right in LC. Dog friendly is a huge plus.Vegetarian options: They don’t do food, but they will give you the menu for the Mexican restaurant next door, which is not at all vegetarian friendly. I didn’t see any entrées on the menu for vegetarians, so I’ve never eaten there. Bring your own food.Dietary restrictions: No food offered other than chips and jarred salsa for sale. They do carry the best local tortilla chips though.“
