Subway, located in a Loves truck stop in Las Cruces, New Mexico, offers a good alternative to greasy truck stop food. The restaurant is known for its clean environment and friendly staff, creating a welcoming atmosphere for travelers. Although service may be slow at times, the food quality is commendable, with fresh ingredients and tasty options like the Titan turkey (#15) and Roast Beef (#17) subs. The parking situation can be challenging, but inside, customers can enjoy a variety of meals, including the Sweet Chicken Teriyaki salad. Some customers found the onions in the salad a bit overwhelming, but overall, the experience remains satisfying.
The staff strives to make clients happy, as noted by travelers who appreciate the professional and attentive service. While there have been mentions of inconsistency in service quality, many agree that the Subway at Love's store #259 is among the best in Las Cruces. They offer a specialty sub made just the way customers like it, along with options for drinks and chips. Pizza is also available for those interested. Though there is no Drive-Thru, the quality of service surpasses that of other in-town locations. With its convenient location off the I-10 and a pet area available, this Subway is a great stop for a quick meal on the road.
