I had the brisket sandwich meal. The food was fresh and hot. Fries were crispy. I also enjoyed the orange cream shake. All were very delicious. The young woman at the register was very pleasant to interact with. Quite certain that her name was Brittney. Very sweet. Great customer service. Restaurant is clean and well maintained. So Arby's is fast food either you like it or you don't. I have never had a wrong order or missing items here the employees have always been friendly and helpful. But today I was so angry what kind of business let's the air-conditioner be broken for 5 days in the middle of a heat emergency! I walked in and it had to be 90* in there, immediately my heart went out to those poor employees working in there. Rarely go to Arby's, and actually, this was the 1st time we walked in to sit down and eat there. The employees were very polite, there was a young lady training, the lady training her was very patient. They were both very professional. Great service, the food was good. It was a very good experience.
