Rarely go to Arby's, and actually, this was the 1st time we walked in to sit down and eat there. The employees were very polite, there was a young lady training, the lady training her was very patient. They were both very professional. Great service, the food was good. It was a very good experience.
Tried the new Big Game burger but didn't care much for the taste/flavor. Maybe it just needed a different sauce. Service was good though.

I had the brisket sandwich meal. The food was fresh and hot. Fries were crispy. I also enjoyed the orange cream shake. All were very delicious. The young woman at the register was very pleasant to interact with. Quite certain that her name was Brittney. Very sweet. Great customer service. Restaurant is clean and well maintained. I do however need to point out that there is no restroom use for non paying guests. Overall completely positive experience. Special thanks to Tamika on 8/18 for helping me make my son’s Birthday extra special! ❤️?

This place DOES NOT give out refunds even when THEY MESS UP your order. They didn't have one of my combos for my 35$ online order && instead of offering me a different sandwich for the combo they told me they couldn't do anything at all.. they told me to get out of their drive thru line && THEY TOOK MY WHOLE 35$ ... when i asked for at least a refund they said i had to wait till the next day to call their Cooperation but i couldn't speak with the M.O.D that night ? DO NOT RISK EATING HERE !!! && IF YOU DO MAKE SURE THEY'RE SMALL ORDERS. THEY DO NO REFUNDS IF THEY MESS UP YOUR ORDER!!

So Arby's is fast food either you like it or you don't. I have never had a wrong order or missing items here the employees have always been friendly and helpful. But today I was so angry what kind of business let's the air-conditioner be broken for 5 days in the middle of a heat emergency! I walked in and it had to be 90* in there, immediately my heart went out to those poor employees working in there. A young lady came around the corner with bright red cheeks, I could see how miserable she was.Shame on you Arby's close your doors, that is inhumane to have people working in conditions like that. Do better Arby's!

Oh man, the tiny trace amount of cheddar that they put in the beef n cheddr was so disappointing :( The bathrooms were out of order when we went and there were other things that were clear indications of a poorly-run location. I’m thankful for the staff, doing their jobs and remaining friendly through the inconveniences!
