Food is decent, service gets crazy during lunch time and parking is ridiculous due to drive thru being SUPER backed up. Avoid during lunch rush due to bad parking lot and bad drive thru line. You WILL spend your whole lunch
The people over at Jimmy John's (and many other places) should go get training on how to cook, run the counter, and act right from Chick-fil-A. The food is great, the prices reasonable, the crew, no matter how they feel, are polite. They are fast and efficient. The frozen coffee is great, too.
