We went through the Chick-fil-A on University drive-through and had an order of chicken nuggets. They were cold. When we called the manager to let her know all we received was an apology. An offer for compensation would have been nice. We will continue supporting the Chick-fil-A on Lohman as it has never disappointed us.

20 minute wait for two (2) salads, and half a dozen people who arrived after me got their orders first. They gave me vouchers for free food after I finally received my order, but they really dropped the ball. I wouldn’t suggest going during their lunch rush. I was assuming placing an order to pickup ahead of time on the app would result in a quicker turnaround but I was sadly mistaken.

Every time I go I have the absolute best customer service imaginable! Gaddyel is literally the best person on earth. He is always very kind and respectful he makes sure that your order is correct. He always has a welcoming smile on his face and a GREAT attitude!

So this Chick-Fil-A totally has rude and inefficient management. My Door Dash driver did not get all my food order. When they went back to retrieve it and get a remake, they were denied food and basically I now had to report the problem to DoorDash and get the refund.So, management evidently de-prioritizes door dash orders and it sounds as though their system for it leaves all the orders in one place for the drivers to grab. If another driver grabs yours or it’s not clear to driver how many packages there are and they leave one behind- well you’re just out of luck and must deal with DoorDash yourself and go hungry like I’m doing today.They need a better system than this for their Door Dash orders, or they need to just not take them. After all, who wants to pay $22.00 to have an 8 piece nugget meal delivered for lunch and then go without the darn chicken?And if the rude worker who answered the phone is any indication of the rest of the staff, well it’s just not a place I will patronize anymore.The fast food places are going to make themselves go out of business due to their own lack of concern for customer satisfaction.People aren’t going to keep paying ridiculous prices and get this treatment in return.

Worst customer service and you always have to wait over 30 minutes for an online order. That's if you're not having to remind an employee to look for an online order. Also, being waited on at the counter is the worst, because the employees act like your not standing there.

Food is decent, service gets crazy during lunch time and parking is ridiculous due to drive thru being SUPER backed up. Avoid during lunch rush due to bad parking lot and bad drive thru line. You WILL spend your whole lunch
