I have to admit I was a little bit skittish on the whole "express" word. But, I can admit I was extremely wrong on what Si Señor Express offers. The pazole and the menudo is extremely yummy. The meat in both pazole and the menudo is so tender it literally falls apart in your mouth. And it's not too spicy, but if you like it hot they do give you some crushed pepper packets. This has become our weekend meal.
The food is always fresh and you will receive great customer service and the best menudo in town. The menudo is greaseless and clean with a good quality smell. I recommend this place.
