“We hunt for biscochitos whenever we are in New Mexico. Found this amazing little home business and the cookies here are thin and crispy with an incredible cinnamon and anise kick. We bought 3 dozen and tried them in the car and then immediately went back and ordered 5 more dozen to take home! Go and support this beautiful lady and buy her biscochitos. You will not be disappointed!“
“Amazing!!! This was my first time trying NBC. I decided to order the limited edition Reece’s peanut butter chocolate cake for my birthday and it exceeded my expectations!! The cake is dense and very moist. The frosting is amazing along with the peanut butter drizzle and peanut butter chips. Service was excellent. Staff was very friendly. The cake itself was very cute! I love the decorations and the careful packaging“
“Stop in for a piece of delishousness or just a piece of mind.. You find both here..Dietary restrictions: Ask them fmiParking: Gravel lot behind Nessas..use the alleyway just past the drive thru exit and turn right into their overflow lot! Easy in and out-“
“Absolutely come here for green chili scones and vegan muffins. The day old ones are great. Sweet little place here, very cute inside and outside. Love the pretty stained glass window. Didn't get to try the coffee this time, will have to go back!“
“I absolutely loved the products you provide!! Her unique goth style and black and pink colors is what attracted myself to her business. Her products are so good for gifts, for friends and family!! I plan to try to book in advance for cakes because she’s completely booked til next year!! At least I can try her yummy treats at the farmers market!“
“This is the best bakery in town in my book. It's simply baked goods done right. None of the doughy, tough creations that you can find at other places around town here. If I want something fancy for a party, their light, delicious, melt in your mouth Mexican wedding cookies are always my go to. Doughnuts are delicious as are all their pastries. Plus, they have the best challah in town. Prices are reasonable. Service is quick and pleasant. What's not to love about this wonderful bakery? Many don't realize that this small shop located in a strip mall just south of Save Mart on Valley is once again open full time with hours plainly posted to the outside.“
“I haven't had a donut in years but really wanted a good one while visiting Las Cruces! I ordered a maple one, a coconut one, and a cocoa crispy one... I shoveled the maple one in my mouth as soon as I got to the car. My only regret was I didn't order 2 of those. Seriously, amazing!!!!“
“I'd say I'm something of a bread connoisseur, having lived in multiple countries and doing my utmost to avoid supermarket bread in the US, which my wife and I just can't stand...Anyway, the traditional sourdough here at Kind is among the best we've ever eaten. Because it's not full of preservatives, it won't stay fresh on your counter for long; 2 days max. I put it (sliced) in a Ziploc bag as soon as I get it home. At the end of the 2nd day, it goes in the freezer. We can then toast it or place frozen slices in a Ziploc bag to defrost without drying out. It is delicious, with perfect texture and caramelized crust and not excessively sour.“
“Lujan is the most pleasant experience, awesome customer satisfaction, also carries a unique community embeddness-Rustic, charming, and folksy. Rather, their delicious baked goodies or genuine hospitality- you can't help but enjoy the trip and snacking on the way out.“
“We stopped in for breakfast and it was delicious! Great vegetarian options including the veggie biscuits and gravy - with homemade veggie sausage. The gravy has a unique taste that our waitress said was garlic and it was a nice change. I can also vouch for the fried chicken - yummy! (This is a salty choice). We got some delicious baked goods to go including stuffed cupcakes, a danish, and a scone. We went right at 8 am when they opened and it wasn’t crowded but began to fill up. The waitstaff are cheerful and knowledgeable about the menu.Definitely going back to try lunch!“
