Do not go after 6. The service is terrible, food takes forever. Waitress charged me the wrong tab then tried to give me some cash to make up for the mistake. WTHelly?? She probably didn’t want to tell the shift manager she screwed up something else. The restaurant renovation didn’t do anything for customer service. Kudos to the Brewtus that keeps me coming back. The food is always great. The service is pretty good as well. I guess it depends who you get & what time of day you are there. They remodeled the one we always go to. It's so much nicer! Feels updated & seems more clean. We will always be Applebee's fans!

Aside from grandma at the bar making the entire restaurant smell like cigarettes, it was something worth visiting to realize this is the last time. The smell ruined my appetite, very disgusted/disappointed. My 6 yr old did not appreciate the smell either. Im sure she smokes at the front door with no one telling her otherwise. Leave your bad habits in the decade your were born in as well as your cigarette, which she brought in her hand to the bar.

Was hoping to be able to give this location a better rating, orderd A quesadilla burger with fries requested Tabasco sauce and was lied to and told there was none when I could see a bottle at the bar was then told because I was not gonna eat this order that they would remove it from my bill and that never happened! Food I left the food on the table, signed my bill and left zero tip! Never ate any of the food!

I walked there and got the seats, i ordered a side dish as mozzarella cheese sticks. And paul mill being a medium rare is bourbon steak with a side of mashed potatoes. The food came in.It was really fresh, sizzling on a iron hot plate. The steak was a little bit too salty and every time you take a bite of the steak the juice we'll run out of the steak causing it to taste dry after the taste. But the steak was properly cooked as I asked, medium and rare. In my rating i would give this a three star, not that it was bad but with but do the lack of too much salternate and the brightness after chewing for a little while. But the service we're very very respectful and kind to me, and everything else looked pretty clean. So this place was fulfilling so I will give it a total of four stars. Thank you applebee's for satisfying me for today.

Amarae was a great host, she sat us down super fast and was super welcoming. She also explained to us the deals on the menu. Makhi who was my waiter was super attentive and nice. Overall these two made my experience great!

Our waitress (Brandi) had a hickey the size of New York on the side of neck, I swear it winked at me when our food was dropped off. Call me old fashioned but I remember a time when waiters had to meet a certain expectation. She also kept yelling at us from across the way instead of walking up to the table to check up. The manager however was very sweet stopped to chat with us, lovely lady.
