Saturday 10/25 service was horrible our server Annalisa seemed mad from the beginning. She didn’t bring out the right drink after I pointed to it twice repeating it sent it back to add the whip cream. Asked for an extra straw, napkins she forgot I had to ask again. She only brought the straw no napkins had to ask again. Over heard her asking her other table “are you guys ready or not?” That is rude me as a server you always put a smile on and be nice, accommodating your tables at a timely matter and be organized respectful no matter if you are having outside problems. Server took awhile to check on us didn’t offer refills for the guests that had soda. Overall a terrible experience. Server needs more training on her customer service skills.

I went into this location the other day and was waited on by Alicia. She had the best customer service and I had the best time. She was extremely attentive and provided an excellent experience. 10/10 recommend you go and see Alicia from Applebees.
