When you order your food at the drive thru, and ask for a specific item, and again ask for that same item at the window, just to find out that you did not receive what you asked for, but instead received something completely different, someone is not doing their job!
Maybe Management should have a staff meeting and emphasize the importance of getting every order correct.
I probably will not be going back to this Arby's.

I think my bun was at the end of its shelf life. Unfortunately its not recommended to ever send food back, so I ate it. I eat at Arby's often, and the food is usually consistent.
