I want to make it clear that this positive review is strictly revolved around the young lady working the drive-thru on 09-30-24 at right around 5:55 p.m. because she gave me my first genuinely positive experience at that location. She treated me with respect and was very eager to please and just over all a total sweetheart. You need more people just like her.

I hadn't been here for a long time. There are those who are devoted to Arby's roast beef, but I've never been one. But I was in the mood for a taste of horseradish which I love. I ordered a double meat sandwich with cheddar cheese. It certainly did have lots of meat in it as advertised and warm cheddar cheese oozed over it. If you like Arby's roast beef, you'll be very pleasantly filled up with this sandwich. Unfortunately the sauce bar was empty and the sandwich was served with as many little plastic packages of horseradish sauce as I wanted. The sauce also had the same bland taste as the meat. This was understandable. Most people don't enjoy the sharp, pungent taste of horseradish in the way I do. The decor has been updated and was clean and pleasant. Service ranged from surly to exceptionally cheerful among the many employees on duty during the mid afternoon when I went. I thought the food was an excellent value for the price. I plan to come back and try one of their chicken sandwiches.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the heat of hades which literally made us turn around and use the drive thru. These poor employees are subject to the most sweltry heat. They literally had the chairs stacked on top of the tables knowing no one in their right mind would brave this temperature. If you are upper management and are reading this please help your coworkers by fixing their Air Conditioning.

Stay away...........I did an online order and arrived for my order at the pick up time. No order and they were confused. Then it got worse.....workers were swearing loudly. I finally got my order which was wrong.
It took a very long time to get my food and when I did get it, it was cold and nasty I pulled up to the window and the guy on the drive thru with a cross necklace had air pods in no wonder why he couldn’t hear my order I wanted two buffalo slider a large drink and #7 just the sandwich I was going to call but no receipt in the bag I was extremely disappointed

My neighbor loves the crinkle cut fries so on Saturday's I grab a large for her and she does a chili cheese fry thing w/them she says they're yummy and they are always hot and fresh

So foods always good nd fast employees are kind.the only issue I've had was a couple times they got my order wrong nd would call to speak to the manager the phone would just ring nd ring sometimes pick up but then it would hang up but only in the late afternoon/evening shift
