Doordasher nightmare. In the middle of the mall. Food and customer service is great.

Horrible customer service. Manager is not willing to help at all when they didn't provide all of an order that was paid for and it was my problem. Recommend finding another place for getting food because when they refused to provide the service they paid for and want to have an attitude with the customer about it, nobody needs that.Don't count on them for special events!!!

Whoever that rude little girl it was that was working the register tonight needs to be written up or fired. Such horrible customer service, all I wanted was fresh pretzels bite instead of the ones that had been sitting for awhile and I was told, “they are fresh very rudely.” Turns out after biting one they were cold, hard, and not fresh. Had to go back to return it for the fresh ones we originally asked for. Little girl had the audacity to roll her eyes. To top it off I asked for a receipt and didn’t receive one.

While sometimes I have to wait a bait I love this place. Nothing like passing in childhood memories on to your Littles with soft pretzels.

Don't go there at 430 and order an combo the teen boy there will say "we won't have anything till 5." What they then offer is 2 stale pretzels or a cup of day old cinnamon pretzels and that's it till 5 without any explanation. Horrible Service!!!

You know we should have known better. This place is NOT in the food court but is in the mall itself. After shopping we got hungry but only wanted a "quick" snack. So, we walked up (no waiting which should have been our 1st red flag) and ordered a simple pretzel dog and small soda. The cashier was very nice and told us it would be about 10 minutes as they are a per order item. So, we took our soda and sat down. 36 minutes later it was finally done. PS: it was black on the bottom and like a brick on the top. NOTE to manager: who was spending more time talking to a gal that wanted an application then attending to his order (yep 1 order-not busy) You need to understand that when a customer is told 10 minutes you should put it in then and not 10 minutes after the order was placed. And then for goodness sakes take it out BEFORE it burnt to a crisp. We didn't bother to take it back to the counter, as we didn't want to sit another 1/2 hour. It didn't cost much which is good because we just threw it away as we don't like eating cinders. Next time, we will go to the food court. At least there they want customers.

Simply awesome pretzels with friendly service. The girls where fast workers and wearing masks and had clean stations. I was pleased with their demeanor and just such a joy to have pretzels on a mall trip. I'm not sure what they could do better and the steady stream of customers shows how much las cruces loves this mall favorite.

Two different times, two different days, on two different weeks... tried to order a pretzel dog and they were out of hot dogs to make the pretzel dogs with. But wait, they still had the minipretzel dogs... which only cost three times more than a regular pretzel dog. No thanks. What kind of place with pretzel dogs never has hot dogs. What a farce! Forcing you to buy a more expensive product.

Auntie Anne's Pretzels Quick snack before an evening with friends. I ordered the Strawberry Lemonade Frost for $2.00 (on special from $3.99). It was so good and the combination of flavors blended into a cool amazing treat. I have not had the mini pretzel dogs (which are my absolute favorite) in a while so I ordered those. They came directly from the oven and into my bag so they were really hot like I like them. They're the perfect meaty and buttery snack. You also get many pieces (about 10-11) for $5.50. I could eat them all if I didn't have to share. Auntie Anne's we shall see you again very soon.
