They have messed up my son and I's orders from door dash twice I'm never ordering them again less I go in person also they won't refund us for a messed up order nor will they try to fix their mistake. We were told we'd have to reorder it to get it fixed.

Second time Ive been here and it’s says it’s open but the doors are locked??? 9:15 pm is when I pulled up and checked the door and the store closes at 10 pm? There are employees just sitting in there?? What a waste of time…

Recent visit with elder mother as I returned to LC. I was shocked and disgusted with the facility. Tables/trash cans/floor/counter/ice cream freezers were dirty and gross. I don't care how good the ice cream is when the place is filthy. Notice the paint peeling into the ice cream. That can't be good. The visit was on Friday 3/22 at approximately 2pm. No reason for BR to be so filthy.Notified the health department.
