Ice Cream is good and the location is convenient for me, but the employees really need to work on their costumer service skills towards their guests. Everytime I go no one ever says hi or welcome. Sometimes they don't even look up from their phones. It is a very disconcerting atmosphere. Won't be going back.

This place is horrible. The staff is always in the worst mood like ur just scooping some ice cream? There’s never anyone else in there and today there was 3 girls working as soon as we come in 2 ran to the back the other girl just stared at us like she’s so bothered that she has to do her job. It’s so embarrassing like ur life is so horrible u have to scoop ice cream oh no!!! Lame experience and it’s always like this. Just close this place it’s trashed always and the staff is so lazy and bothered it’s so annoying. Ice cream is good tho tbh. Oh and also just got to cold stone instead they are usually nice more expensive but worth the price

After 30 years, stepped into a Baskin Robin asking for the timeless Pistachio Almond....one of their best flavors... That hit the spot.. Server was great, the establishment was clean... They were fast too...

Got pushed to the side because one of their friends came in mid order only have one cash register so a bottleneck between ordering and paying.

They have messed up my son and I's orders from door dash twice I'm never ordering them again less I go in person also they won't refund us for a messed up order nor will they try to fix their mistake. We were told we'd have to reorder it to get it fixed.
plz just close this store already its always closed theres nobody ever there. hours of operation are not followed. its a ghost town

Second time Ive been here and it’s says it’s open but the doors are locked??? 9:15 pm is when I pulled up and checked the door and the store closes at 10 pm? There are employees just sitting in there?? What a waste of time…
