Boba Tea Company

this was my first time at Boba although im not a fan of the tapioca balls carol and Catlin were very patient and easy to talk to. im normally very socially anxious but they made ordering feel like a breeze and took the time to help me understand what i was ordering.

Went in today for the first time and the cashier was rude. She had zero customer service, didn’t acknowledged us whatsoever, just stared at us until we talked first. She kept mumbling her words and just stared at us like she hated us lmaoo We were polite but not once did she provide any customer service or speak up 😬 I get people can be shy but that’s just her being rude, and the attitude she had making the drink like damn that’s why it’s so empty. Hire better people, thank you!

Amazing service!

Every time we go to Las Cruces we stop and get boba. We live an hour away so, we go about 2 times a month. Usually we get friendly cashier's and our boba is amazing. Today we went and the lady opening up, must hate her job. She looked like she hated people. We ordered 5 drinks, 3 of them coffee drinks. They were absolutely disgusting. I asked if she could add some almond to mine and she grabbed my cup and tossed it in a sink and remade it. Second one was worse. Left unhappy and no1 drank their drinks. This is 3 hours later when we threw them away, still full. Usually they'd be gone in less than an hour, when good employees make them. Very disappointed

I work at the mall and have ordered twice and they have rude customer service I ordered online twice so on my break I can go pick it up and instead they told me they would have to make it when I get there since I take long to get there. The first time I was picking with a customer and couldn't leave and they never sent me an email stating that my drink was ready and i was only 10 minutes late to pick it up. Second time I went before they sent me an email and I went early and this was the second time they told me to stop ordering online if im not gonna go and pick it up since they would be wasting food, but they are always busy so what is the point of having an option to order online. I would be wasting my break just waiting for a drink and not be able to drink it while I work.

Cashiers are so polite and will answer any questions you ask about any of the menu items. Very quick with making and serving the teas. I go almost every week just because of the service and how good the teas are.

The boba is very good and the people that work there are also very nice and very good at their work, I will come again

The boba tea was so delicious and the cashier her name was Yari was super nice I would love to come back
