The staff saw me and my family waiting in line and totally ignored us for several minutes. There was nobody else waiting. On top of that, they took forever preparing our drinks. Additionly the boba was grossly sweet.

I work in the mall , every time I go here they are rude I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and maybe they’re having a bad day but it’s been multiple incidents , bad customer service today was a girl with glasses their attitudes need to get better.

I just stopped by there st 4:45 pm on a Wednesday afternoon and no one is there! This is the 2nd time this happens. Guess the employees hate their job that much that they go hide in the back and pretend they're not there.

Daughter and wife went there last Sunday and the taste of the tea changed... For the WORSE. I tasted it tasted bad. The brown sugar tea and the taro tea were what they ordered. If this keeps up, the place is gonna close! Nasty! And we tipped well.
