Broken Spoke Taphouse

I have frequented the Broken Spoke Tap House many times since it opened 5 years ago. I had originally given it five stars when we started going there, but apparently things have changed there. Businesses need to keep working hard to make customers feel welcome, happy, and keep them coming back. My husband and I went to The Broken Spoke last night while out on a date, and decided to sit on the patio so that we could enjoy the lovely evening and have drinks and chat. We sat on the patio for quite a while. I thought there was perhaps no waitress since no one was coming out. So we were patient. But multiple times, the bartender looked out at us from behind the bar and then turned to watch football. My husband finally asked me if I wanted to just move inside or just go get our own drinks, and I said no, I'd rather go someplace that wants us. So we took a stroll down the street to the Little Toad, where they were quite busy, but we were greeted and quickly served. You cannot get lazy and take customers for granted and still expect people to come to your business - that's why places go under. Very disappointed.

Everything was so chill and relaxing. Service was outstanding. Our waitress was very knowledgeable on all the events happening here. Highly recommend!!!!!!

Great place to get some food and beer, prices are super affordable and the atmosphere was chill. Their hatch attack burger is a must try for sure ?

The service was okay. The atmosphere was okay, but it felt trashy. Female waitresses wear booty shorts, I find it disgusting, but to each their own.

As for the food, burger and fries good. Salad was not good, tasted dirty and not fresh. Alcoholic drinks were good.

I will not be returning.

Great spot to grab a beer or a nosh. Sit inside for air conditioning and to catch the game, or sit outside where the water mist will cool you off as well and evening breeze. Delicious selection of craft beer.

This inside is very small leaving a feeling of being cooped up. But when the patio is open its a great place

Walked in bartender told us to have a seat and a server would be right with us. We went outside, a server came out to help the only other table looked at us and went right back inside. We waited a little longer and then just walked out. Never was helped.

I didn't really go here. But I figure they're at a disadvantage because they're spoke is broken thus they deserve five stars. I don't know if they were even open. Most of town seem to be closed after 5pm due to Good Friday or something

We're from Washington and rolled in today on a road trip. We were looking for some hard cider and tasty bites, and we found them.We tried 5 different ciders and loved the variety and flavors. They don't have flights, but they have drink sizes down to 5oz so you can order a few and make your own "flight" if that's what you're feeling.We also tried the deviled eggs (delicious!), the pork wings (fabulouuuuus), and split the salmon salad. The salmon was perfectly cooked and super tasty. It went great with the berries and pecans. The true surprise was the jalapeño vinaigrette dressing... quite spicy but super yummy!
