I have had the worst experiences at this place! I sent a message to management in an attempt to resolve the issues I had with them (Through their website) and I never received a response. I really like their pizza but 4 of my last 5 orders were incorrect. It’s not brain science! It’s pizza. If you can’t accommodate special requests then don’t offer them. Seriously. I ordered my last pizza from them last weekend. I drove over there to order since they are always messing up my order and they still got it wrong. Twice in one evening! I ordered a large pizza with easy sauce and no sauce on the edges and instead the edges had puddles of sauce. It was late and I didn’t want to wait another 25 minutes for them to make me another pizza. I got home and bit into a slice only to find out that the topping was ham, not salami like I ordered. I was already dressed for bed but I called and the manager insisted that I had to come back in to get the correct pizza. I was tired, it was nearly 11pm now but I reluctantly got dressed and went in. I waited another 25+ minutes and upon looking at the finished product it looked good. No saucy edges this time and salami instead of ham. I got home and by now it was 11:30pm so I put the pizza in the fridge and went to bed. The next day, I heated up a slice in the air fryer. When I bit into it I got a mouthful of sauce! Noooo!!! It was as if I ordered a pizza asking for Extra sauce! Gross. So by now I was angry. I went on their website and used their comments form and sent them a message explaining what had happened. I never heard back from them. Bad customer service or no customer service actually. I will never go back. The pizza was not edible and ended up in the trash. I really hate throwing away my hard earned money. What a ripoff.

So me and a big group of my friends came in today (12/12/24) We had more show up unexpectedly and they worked with us and re sat us to a bigger table with no issues. Unfortunately we got seated next to a table that was full of negative upset people (which was not our servers or any staffs fault, the people we sat next to were complaining about the most minuscule things that were OUT of the restaurants control.)
Thank god for our server GIANNA! She was amazing! She attempted to work with the table that was throwing quite literally a tantrum. Yet they wouldn’t work with her, meanwhile right next to that table GIANNA was serving 6 people including myself and she kept her complete composure, and did an amazing job showing us great service all the meanwhile dealing with horrible customers on the side.
10/10 experience besides other customers, but the staff, food, and owner and establishment in general were AMAZING!

Gianna and debbie are seriously the best!! everytime i come debbie is such a sweetheart, aswell as gianna! gianna is so sweet and is a wonderful server! she was friendly and super respectful, she seriously knows how to do her job. she took our order without even writing it down and all of our food was perfect!! she is seriously wonderful. the food is also absolutely amazing!! the shotgun wings are the best!!!
