From the minute, we walked in. The hostess was insisting we sit right next to the hostess table with all the traffic. Took an attitude had to ask for a manager. Next food game son and I ordered hamburgers. Feels like they drop 6 teaspoons of salt on the burgers. It’s obvious the cook needs to be trained. How can you mess up a hamburger terrible experience.

The pizza sauce was OK. Generous toppings. Green chile is available but not on the menu. Maria was an awesome server. Will ask for her section next time. Update: music is so loud that our waitress couldn't hear what we were ordering. We had to keep repeating ourselves. Don't sit in the bar section.

Bubba's was recommended for a good burger for a discount on a Monday. The photos looked good and they serve local IPA beer so we were down to try it out. The two burgers we got were bomb! Fresh and the beef tasted very good. My wife got the smash burger and I got the green chile. The onion rings and tater tots were very good, the fries and spicy fries were ok but a little cold, the burgers were hot and bomb. The local Santa Fe IPA beer I had was in a fantastically cold pint glass for each of the three we ordered. The manager Debra came around and mentioned sending out hot fries but they never came out. But the server and otherwise was a positive experience. I will for sure come back on my next visit to Las Cruces.

Bubbas 33 is a pretty good place to get some grub. We have been there multiple times since they opened. Their burgers are hands down phenomenal! Their pizza?? 10/10! Pastas?? Hands down great! The ONE thing I would change on their menu is their fried pickles. They’re flat and have a texture of thin cardboard with breading. Get some from B-Dubs then go here and eat your entrees. Their sodas have good flavor with just enough syrup, and their beer is ice cold. The atmosphere is a bit loud but that’s to be expected. Overall a super great place to eat.
