Bubba's was recommended for a good burger for a discount on a Monday. The photos looked good and they serve local IPA beer so we were down to try it out. The two burgers we got were bomb! Fresh and the beef tasted very good. My wife got the smash burger and I got the green chile. The onion rings and tater tots were very good, the fries and spicy fries were ok but a little cold, the burgers were hot and bomb. The local Santa Fe IPA beer I had was in a fantastically cold pint...
Bubbas 33 is a pretty good place to get some grub. We have been there multiple times since they opened. Their burgers are hands down phenomenal! Their pizza?? 10/10! Pastas?? Hands down great! The ONE thing I would change on their menu is their fried pickles. They’re flat and have a texture of thin cardboard with breading. Get some from B-Dubs then go here and eat your entrees. Food has always been good. Service just as good. Bubba’s my wife is a vegetarian. Possible you all put a black bean or alternative meat on the menu? Thank you! (I can come more often) 😆
