Buffalo Wild Wings

This is the second time I go to this place since they renovated it. Honestly I would give 0 stars if possible. Both times the wait was crazy long. The first time we were in the restaurant for about 2.5 hours just waiting on service and food. They made a bunch of mistakes on the order and took forever to fix the mistakes. I get it stuff happens so we decided to give it a second try. Waited about 45 minutes to be seated and the restaurant was literally lees than 30 percent full. Almost no customers. When we were finally seated, nobody came to serve the table. after a long wait we decided to leave. We had to be somewhere else and we honestly based on the experience so far, we had no hopes of the food being served within the next hour or so. Talked to a manager who gave me the same lame excuse “we only have 1 server” I will never return to this place. I have been a good BWW customer for many many years but this location is the worst restaurant I have ever experienced. I do not recommend anyone going there. Sad because we really liked BWW

Worst poured beer I’ve ever seen. Wasn’t the bartenders fault. Fried food was not cooked all the way through. I go to bdubs all over the country and this was the worst one by far.

Went on a Saturday night with my emotional support animal. Had no problems with him next day went for lunch and a female manager with a very short buzz cut came up and said no emotional support animals are allowed. Called corporate office to make a complaint on the manager cause I take him to all restaurants never experienced this kind of rude attitude from a manager ever! The way she approached it and wanted me to sit outside in 30+winds is no way to be treated for a services animal. Never coming to las cruces Buffalo Wild Wings ever again they’ve lost a loyal customer. I’ve taken him to buffalo wilds in Albuquerque all the time never had problems with them. Maybe it was the manager. He well behaved not bothering anyone. Laying down or laying on me. Not touching the table nor anyone. Very well behaved animal. I’ll let corporate handle it.

I visit Buffalo Wild Wings Me and my family were going to have dinner and hostess Sat us down waited about 5 mins but nobody greeted us wasn’t even packed alot of table empty not sure if there under staff a young girl asked us if we had been help we told her no we’re just leaving she offer to help but as we walked out the manger had said have a good night and told her we didn’t even get to eat cause of the customer service one girl offer us a free meal but it’s not about the free meal from the beginning they should of greeted and not have us waiting.

Went on 2/20/25 for the first time. Food was great, Bogo burgers was a great deal, nice building and space set up. The service was pretty bad though, the girl bearly spoke to us, no refills were offered, we gave her a good tip and cleaned up the table nicely and didn't even get a thank you, we made awkward direct eye contact and she just kept on walking. Might try again for the taste and menu, might drive up to El Paso for it.

Arrived to the restaurant. No hostess was present, when she did arrive, she didn't show me where we can have a seat, she just said where and gave me the menus, all the booths were dirty ,so we had to get a table. I felt she was unprofessional. As a business owner I won't becoming here anymore. Second time with bad service.

Food was not ready at the stated time. Bartender was friendly and did everything she could to make the wait pleasant. Boneless wings were tiny and over cooked. Pricey for tiny tough lumps .... Cheesecake was great!

It's been a while since I've ordered food from here but this will definitely be the last time. I ordered a 10 piece wing and there was no fries with it. Idk if I have to get a lunch special in order to get fries and a drink but it doesn't matter because seriously?! 10 wings for $18 and no fries and drink is just outrageous. And on top of that, I get the tiniest cup of ranch and it's only half way full 😂😂😂. How cheap can you all be? I am beyond disappointed with this order and will seriously never be going back there.

the food is a bit high for what you get, but if you like to hang out with a younger crowd who is boisterous and having a good time, this is the right place to come to!

Last time I was there, two years ago, it was pretty much the same. Terrible service and pretty good food. Anytime you have to wait 35 minutes to order your food, you have to realize you have lost that customer.

If I could give a no star I would! This place has went down hill from management on down, service is horrible!! Servers will literally walk around talking to each other and ignore a table for services the restaurant was empty mind you only 2 other tables another server and cook “hooking up” in the entrance to the kitchen thought I’d give them a chance and regretted it and our family walked out without service

Arrive 830 on a Friday night, see several empty tables and wait time is 45 min to an hour (party of 5). A request for table of 2 that arrived after us was also quoted the 45 min to an hour. Hostess also said another 30 min for food. Had refrained from visiting in years due to decline in service and food. Finally tried again and won’t be back. The general feeling we got was they rather just turn away service.

Seeing the existing recent reviews, I guess it’s a common theme. I’m from out of town and was looking for somewhere open at 10:45pm. BWW showed closing at midnight. I’m not the type to go to a restaurant 10 min before closing so this was an option. I’m alone, I know my order and I eat quick so perfect. I showed up and the staff was cleaning like they were closed. I asked. There were a few tables with people still eating and drinking. The bartender, friendly, said come in. We are going to close early because it’s dead. I said I’ll be quick and know my order. The order comes out 10 min later and it was old food that wasn’t even warm. The sauce was poured on top of what liked like old wings from someone else’s order. Grossed out, I said “you could’ve said you were going to give me old food” and I walked out. This place needs to be shut down. Next stop is making a complaint with the NM Health Department. Serving cold food is not okay.

Horrible service! Our waiter took forever kept disappearing. Had to ask him several times what we wanted. I don't know if I'll ever come back. Took 45 min just to hlget a beer food took forever and was only able to get 3 beers in 2 1/2 hours. Travis needs to be retrained or take less tables
