First time going to this Burger King and my last. I ordered a burger and coke slush. Let me tell you that slush smelt like laundry in the washer for tooo long. It was so gross! The machine either wasn't cleaned at all or right. I then question my burger amd the cleanliness that it was prepared with. Not coming here again.

They charged me $4 for a cup of water to go with my burger. It's a rip off. Bottle water doesn't even cost that much and all I got was tap water.

This is the second time I order at drive thru. They always mess up. But today was the worst. I asked for plain and dry chi Ken sandwich because my granddaughter is picky. It's like if they did it intentional to put extra sauce. Got home and had to drive back. Customer service sucks at this location. They got upset that I went back and gave me attitude. These people should just stay home with all that attitude. I would give a 0 star but have to choose 1

The lady was letting order sit while attending drive thru- i watched this happen after 4 orders? and then served me a slushy half full. once the manger heard me comparing about it, HE RIGHT AWAY got it handle and gave me AMAZING service! if it wasn’t for him, this place would be going down… thank you again!!
