The service here was fantastic! When I told Denise I had a tomato allergy she accommodated my allergy. I was able to enjoy my dinner without too much fear of allergen.

I've entered this location 3 times within the past 2 months. All three times I've asked for a medium chocolate shake. All three they tell me the machine has been broken since December. We're coming into March and this issue hasn't been resolved? What's happening?

I was on the road on 1/25/25 at 10:46 and decided to stop at this burger king. It was next to a taco bell and pizza hut. After a long road trip this place was just the thing i needed. i was politely greeted by the pink hair cashier who was so friendly and took my order. The beared male worker made my meal so quick i had barely finished filling up my drink! The two girls working are very nice and fast. My food was very good and the area was fairly clean. This meal made me refreshed to get back on the road😊.

After traveling all day, i stopped for a bite since i decided to attend mass at the mission in Old Mesilla. This location is a travel center with a Taco Bell, a Pizza Hut, and a Burger King. I decided on the BK and got cheese sticks and a chicken sandwich. The sandwich was OK but not great. It was thin and over cooked with just mayo on the bread. There was much more bread than chicken. The cheese sticks (they call them Motzzarrela fries) were devoid of much cheese. One was full of cheese while the other four or so were less than half full of cheese. They were mostly empty fried cylinders of dough.

Wheelchair accessibility: I didn't see easy access for wheelchairs from the parking to the stores.

Do not eat here ever, I normally don’t eat fast food but I was traveling long distance and it was the only thing open on my route so I decided to stop.

Last Nightaround 8:34 there were four employees working one female blond hair and three males with darker hair. Two out of the three handling the food didn’t have gloves on and the cashier hand gloves on but was touching money and food. I recorded them cause I knew something was off when I asked for fries fresh with no salt.

They told me to pull around to the front as there would be a wait I decided not to pull around because I knew something was off, and I literally watched them scrape fries off of a tray with his bare hands and put them into a bag and I watch the other one grab the patties and the pickles with his bare hands and then they tried to block me so I couldn’t see what they were doing so I just pulled my car up a little bit more and watched. the fact that I watch them do it all that I recorded all of it I wanted to see what they were gonna do and they still knowing that I knew knowing that I was watching decided to hand me my food and I will be reporting them to the food inspector because if they can do it to me they are probably comfortable doing it to everybody and that is such a health code violation. This place needs to be shut down.

I also reported it to the department of food and health for New Mexico and have contacted corporate. Absolutely disgusting 🤮

Ordered my food, I’m the only customer here. For at least 10 minutes I didn’t even see anybody come from the back to start making food. After about 15 minutes, I went up and asked where my food was. They apologized and said they will get started making it now. $16 for two double sausage, egg and cheese croissant.

I went to order or actually re-order my pizza (all 3 restaurants are ran by TA). My pizza was well BEYOND its sell period. As I was waiting I glanced at the woman working at BK. She had her fingers in her mouth from her left hand. She then proceeded to restock the lids, straws, and napkins without washing her hands. I pointed this out to the manager. I’m a trucker. Cross this location off my stops for food. DISGUSTING.

I know most of the staff from visiting Burger King at the TA...Everybody is nice to me and I look forward to eating with them when I pass through Las Cruces...

Parking: Safe overnight stays ok.

Kid-friendliness: Halloween Morticia's milkshake with chocolate sprinkles, so good.

Wheelchair accessibility: Main entrance has ramps and disabled parking to enter BK dining area...

Ordered with only two people ahead of us at about 8:40. They had ordered prior to us entering. The wait was toooooooo long. One of the customers stated he'd been waiting a while. We could tell because of their body language. It took about 15 minutes forbours to come out. Fries were cold. One of the sandwiches was messy. The other basic combo was $14.96!!! NOT WORTH IT.

Not understanding why they wouldn't accept the app or offer the $5 combo meal thatcisvon the website with their address updated in it.

The girl at the register needs to have a better attitude thatcisvat least welcoming. If Pizza Hut hadn't closed early, we'd have ordered there.

What can i say...i love BK. I use the app regularly.The owner of this location is a cheapa$$. Won't take app orders or take a coupon code. Out of prinicple, went across the street and spent 10 more dollars on real meal.Owner is losing money for not contributing to usage of the app.

I was having a bad day, but the girl with black hair was friendly and kind. She smiled and took my order. It came out quick and she handed me the bag instead of just leaving it on the counter. I needed that simple human interaction. It made my day!
