Must have been an off day for them. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit meal and got basically an egg sandwich on top of a torn up biscuit with a couple slivers of micro thin/ see through bacon and no cheese. Coupled with cold tater tots, ugh!Well, the coffee was good at least.

DO NOT EAT HERE. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.My recent visit to Burger King's drive-thru left me thoroughly disappointed. On April 13th, 2024, I encountered a payment issue while trying to use Google Pay for my purchase. The transaction failed initially, and upon retrying, I was told it was a duplicate.Assistant Manager Justin's response was utterly unhelpful and rude. Despite the transaction amount reflecting in my account, he offered no remedy or explanation, and not a hint of apology or empathy was shown.Hoping for a resolution, I returned on April 16th, 2024, and encountered another manager who was equally dismissive. Blaming the issue on a "bank problem," they made no effort to investigate or resolve the matter, showing no regard for customer satisfaction.This lack of accountability and professionalism from Burger King's management staff is unacceptable. I expect better service and communication.The employees were also terrible using profane language at each other when communicating about an order. This establish has no leadership or direction and is not family friendly. I advise not eating here but also do not go inside with children.Overall, a terribly managed business.

Worst Dried Out Double Whopper I Have Ever Tasted. I’ve eaten 100s of whopper’s but this one was over cooked burnt dried out. Probably they probably sat for a long time and was reheated. Tasted like a burnt cardboard box. And it was lunch time. No one in the place. Not fresh.

Went to go pick up a order they told me they were preparing it still so I waiting for my order 15 minutes goes by then 30 so I asked them how much longer for my order then they tell me it's been ready the whole time they could have told me I was standing right there waiting for my order.
