Fire Snake
Went through the drive thru and they forgot my fries so I had to go back. Got home and realized that they didn't give me my drinks either. I called and told them and they just said I could go pick them up. I live off of Porter. They didn't apologize or even care. My food was cold and they didn't even give a crap. This bk always has issues. Why do the Las Cruces BKs suck so bad? Not worth it at all.

I ordered ahead on the app at 11:50 AM and arrived at the restaurant at 12:00 PM. There were about three cars ahead of me in the drive-thru, which seemed reasonable at first. However, the line moved incredibly slowly. Cars were stuck waiting at the speaker for several minutes, and even after advancing to the window, the wait times were still excessive.
I didn’t get my food until 12:35 PM—35 minutes in line for a fast food order! This is not the first time I’ve experienced such delays at this location, but today was the last straw. The wait times are unacceptable, especially since there’s no way to cancel your order or leave the line once you’re in it. They also informed me that they did not have any fountain drinks available AND they got my order wrong. Saw no point in going back to have it corrected as I would probably be made to wait another half hour.
The food itself is average and consistent with what you’d expect from this chain, but the poor service and long wait times make this location not worth visiting. I will not be returning to this location as it consistently wastes my time. RIDICULOUS.

This drive thru staff is phenomenal. Sonny, George, and everyone else I'm not sure the names of are always so super friendly and helpful. KEEP THAT TEAM AS LONG AS YOU CAN! They must be protected at all costs. It's competitive for food out here. Those people are #1. :)

70/30 you will get what you expect from this chain restaurant; the other McDs but different. It is relatively clean. The service is efficacious [yup], to say the least. And, that is all you will get. Even when coaxed, no upbeat anything; smiles and good cheer, nope, not here. Yup. Manager was lurking and smirking. Hell. I quit smiling; better once I changed the channel and stepped outside. You decide.
