My fiancé & I visited 9/22 during their last hour and the young gentleman !!! Dom !! was very respectful, customer service was wonderful from him! Food was fresh & great as well. First time at this location and will be back cause of the great service we received from him!

It’s not bad the people are nice enough and they usually get the orders right. The problem is this location doesn’t seemed to be equipped to handle more than two customers at a time. I’ve had several visits where I waited more than ten minutes at the menu board before someone took my order. It’s not worth trying to come here during lunch hour it’ll take 30 minutes just to get your food.

I’d give this place 0 stars if I could. They had us waiting 15 min for our order and when my husband went in for a refund instead they get mad and argue and deny the time they had us waiting showing proof they had us waiting. The guy even started cussing! Worst service!

I went to get two hamburgers and one large fry and it was almost $30. I drove off. That is too much for that little of food. Either they were trying to pull one over on me or Burger King has gotten out of control.
Alex was very kind, patient and well-mannered. H not only smiled and seemed to be genuine, but also thankef me for being there.

Like any Burger King, I’ve had bad experiences here where they don’t care if you customized your food or asked for sauce. Normal things. However today took the cake, considering they pulled our car and after 25 minutes of sitting there waiting, watching other cars get their food and leaving, we had to go back around. The employees were cleaning, not paying any mind to food needing to be cooked, and when we pulled to the window talked amongst themselves before finally addressing us. We told them we would like a refund due to the wait and were told that we would have to go through the app. Not an apology, just that the only thing they could do was tell us to use the app. Of course, went when it was the end of breakfast, so after waiting no where else nearby was still serving breakfast. This was a ridiculous situation and one that will make me avoid Burger King in the future.
Edited to add: we went down the road to Chick Fil A and ordered lunch. When we got up to the window, they apologized for the long line and let us know they’d thrown in a few extra breakfast sandwiches for the wait. BK could learn a thing or two about customer service from them!

Went through the drive through and ordered the fiery Royal crispy chicken sandwich. And asked for no tomatoes as I am allergic. As you can see there were tomatoes and it’s so messy. It’s hard to even eat it. Very disappointed.
