Well it was lunch and I decided to go to Burger King on university because of the crazy prices at McDonald's, if was a horrible experience the manager took my order and to my surprise When I arrived at the service window the order wasn't even taken this was a problem because of the narcissistic demeanor of the manager Christine took my order I guess verbally at the com initially ,to my absolute surprise when I arrived at the window to receive my food I had to reorder and found out upon looking at the receiptI was over charged with another person's order , I was met with indifference and attitude as if it was my fault by the manager Christine, after I had to reorder and it charged my debit a 15 dollar charge and a twenty dollar charge which was crazy 35 dollars for 2 jr bigmacs and large fries with a drink , I realize it's a fast food place but I can just imagine what those poor employees going through there , we gotta do better Burger King on university, no refund was issued smh Burger King HR where are you

This place needs people that pay attention. They don't take care of the orders that they are Ordered in. Ordered only a large fry and three orders with two meals each that were ordered after my order were sent out before my one fry did. Incompetent staff starting with the manager.

I like the people here they are really nice. When it gets busy I always see them hard working. I used to work at bk too so I understand how it is. Either way, the foods pretty good. I always order a whopper bo ketchup with extra pickles and they always get my burger right. The night shift workers are really friendly. Thanks burger King! ?
Cashier took a minute to take my order but was very sweet and make my drink a large for having to wait at the speaker. Everyone who works here is always very nice and helpful everything is always fresh as well :)

I got a triple whooper with a coke and fries. I had a gift card and didn't feel like cooking.When I tell you. I think I saw god.Those fries were crisp, soft like biting into a little piece of heaven, the saltiness of them just prime. Melting even. The coke, oh the coke, as someone who is a pepsi person, that coke, could have punched me in the nose and I wouldn't care. It was just sweet enough, not too carbonated, perfect ice to soda ratio.The whopper. Usually I munch down a triple whopper over the course of two days. This one? Gone. Inhaled. Ordered chicken sandwich with no tomatoes. It had tomatoes. Handed sandwich back and reminded cashier no tomatoes. They took tomatoes off and handed the sandwich back.I'm allergic to tomatoes. So my niece goes inside to complain, and when the manager opens the sandwich, it still has tomatoes in it.
