Usually hit up the one on Valley but while it's getting renovated decided to go here and enjoyed it immensely. Great customer service and delicious!

Let me start by saying we love Caliches, it’s a Las Cruces staple. This one though seems to never get our order correct, it’s either the wrong thing or missing items . While in line waiting for our food , we had to continually ask for our missing items (3 in total ), and then when we pulled in to eat the hot dogs were wrong. At that point we were just over it and threw the stuff away and left . Maybe more training on quality control ? Idk

Great ice cream as per usual, but my god this one server was absolutely disrespectful!! This kid was taking my girlfriend and I’s order outside and was being totally condescending!!! He made a snarky and inappropriate comment about my girlfriend’s face? He said a comment about “you just gonna stare at me? & are you gonna grab your change?” Just totally weird…Something you’d only say if you were really close with someone…like good lord. Anyways, the ice cream was bomb but someone needs to check up on that kid (uncut hair with side burns & a patchy beard w/ glasses)

Absolute favorite spot when wanting a sweet treat so fresh and the custard is always amazing. Also if you haven’t tried there raspberry unsweetened tea would highly recommend one of my go to’s.

Never disappoints. I can say the consistency across all caliches stores is good. The only difference will be when you go, time of year, time of day, sometimes there is a big wait, sometimes none at all. Also every ice cream combo we have ever tried has been a hit.
Our favorite Caliche’s location in Cruces. David has excellent customer service skills and when he found out we’ve been collecting the stickers, went out of his way to make sure we got the Halloween stickers as well. Thanks again to David and his thoughtfulness!
