I LOVE Caliche's. Everything is so good here! I make a point to stop here every time I go to Las Cruces. And I've gotten family and friends to love this place as well! Caliche's needs to open up locations across Northern NM too!
Just came here with my babies to enjoy some custard I’m not from New Mexico and I wanted to try some New Mexican treats!! It was so delicious and the worker who helped me I think their name was Jay, she was so sweet and really friendly they helped me pick the perfect treat!! She was SO CUTE I wanna adopt her!!! 10/10 would come again!! I got the pumpkin pie caliche it was the PERFECT fall treat.
