So sweet and good! I had the green chili sundae with pistachios, it did not disappoint. Was surprised at how spicy it was but the combination was amazing! My cousin had the grasshopper which was good but very sweet.
Ordered a chocolate malt. It was very thin, like drinking chocolate milk. Where's the frozen custard?
The were fairly busy, but the service was very fast.

We were just passing through Las Cruces, and wanted ice cream for dessert. Caliche's was close to the hotel - very convenient, so we ran over. It was a perfect way to end a long day of travel. The combinations were different and appetizing, the menu extensive. The service was amazing! The next time we come through we'll definitely make time for Caliche's. So yummy! ?
