definitely needs work since the last time I went, not bad but the person I got the food with said it tasted like plastic… probably just overreacting on her part. I thought it wasn’t too bad. maybe just a busy time. giving the benefit of the doubt because I’ve had amazing experiences here!!! hope to see y’all some time soon.

Very unclean! Took my son to the restroom and their where 2 pills and a dark brown ball the size of a pea that could have been narcotics. Told the cashier and she got aggressive and disrespectful itold the customers to not eat their and protect their kids by not letting them eat from their.

Went to the drive thru before work because it was close. My boyfriend ordered both of our combos and I’m pretty sure the woman working the drive through with a lip piercing was high because made us repeat our order 5 times at the speaker, kept getting it wrong, and then an additional 5 times at the window, still getting it wrong. We then waited for 10 minutes and she opened the window and said “what was your order again?”…. We were the only people there. We then got our food and the combos were wrong.

Horrible customer service for one, i had to repeat my order numerous times which i dont mind at all! Its the fact that even after repeating over and over they still managed to get my order wrong, paid for the triple got a single instead, wanted waffle fries got normal fries, they even forgot one of the drinks which again i had repeated to her over and over, we were the only ones in the drive through and yet she still asked what our order was. Asked for sauce and didnt get that either. I dont ever make issues for service workers but holy moly is it hard to get what I paid for.

Never order delivery from Carl's. While the food and the workers here are good, the delivery service is far from it.
We've had our food stolen a number of times from drivers and have not once had an order arrive to our door. And, since it's through DoorDash, forget about ordering through their app. You'll never get a resolution of you do. You're better off ordering for carryout.
I'm also not sure if the phone number is up to date since every time you try to call it rings before going to some kind of fax tone.

Went and got the Diablo burger meals with waffle fries . I asked them to make it a larger and they only put 3 waffle fries in the fry box 🤬 paid 16 dollars some some skimpy ass shit .
Brought my kids to the play place so they can enjoy themselves 7&8. The service was friendly at first but then turned rude. No napkins anywhere to be found. By the sodas or the play area, nothing. Couldn't even give my kids a kids meal, no toy and they had to ask for the cookie, they didn't even get the little kids meal bag. No sweet and sour sauce. Y'all need new management to keep things running, that was sad. Getting annoyed with children playing in the play center, cool close the door, you don't have to make salty comments for no reason other than to just be heard. Unprofessional. You had 6 families in the play center and it was loud but at a level you'd expect in a fast food play center.

You guys, I literally put in an order ahead of time, and you guys had 45 mins extra to prepare the order. Why is it so hard to read things? If someone says no pickles, it usually means no pickles. If you charge for cheese, please ensure you have the actual charged topping on the sandwhich. You guys have ONE person working there during the middle of the day, maybe the whole thing should be closed down if you can't even have ample staffing.
