Went and got the Diablo burger meals with waffle fries . I asked them to make it a larger and they only put 3 waffle fries in the fry box 🤬 paid 16 dollars some some skimpy ass shit .

Brought my kids to the play place so they can enjoy themselves 7&8. The service was friendly at first but then turned rude. No napkins anywhere to be found. By the sodas or the play area, nothing. Couldn't even give my kids a kids meal, no toy and they had to ask for the cookie, they didn't even get the little kids meal bag. No sweet and sour sauce. Y'all need new management to keep things running, that was sad. Getting annoyed with children playing in the play center, cool close the door, you don't have to make salty comments for no reason other than to just be heard. Unprofessional. You had 6 families in the play center and it was loud but at a level you'd expect in a fast food play center.

You guys, I literally put in an order ahead of time, and you guys had 45 mins extra to prepare the order. Why is it so hard to read things? If someone says no pickles, it usually means no pickles. If you charge for cheese, please ensure you have the actual charged topping on the sandwhich. You guys have ONE person working there during the middle of the day, maybe the whole thing should be closed down if you can't even have ample staffing.

When I went to Carl’s Jr I was so hungry. I had my child with me and she was playing in the play area. The lady that was taking our order was rude. She was yelling at the other employees and tried to talk badly to me about them. When I asked for a manager because I didn’t think it was very professional for her to be doing that to me, she told me she was the Manager on duty. I will never go back to Carls Jr on Solano because of how uncomfortable she made me feel. The food was delicious but she killed the atmosphere!!
I asked for the ranch and extra santa-fe sauce on the side and they forgot both of them. Also chicken tenders had some cartilage in them, which made them not so good. And french fries were not really warm as I expected. But Santa-fe sandwich was good. Overall 2/5 stars.

Went the first time at 8pm. They said "We are out of milkshakes for today. Two days later, I went for lunch. I was informed they do not have an ice cream machine and the menu shows them for sale because they are all the same menus.

I normally avoid this location because they take a lot of time but I figured I’d give it another shot. Maggie, the shift manager, changed my mind. Despite the crew being extremely short staffed and very busy, they got my food out in under 5 minutes and it was great!
