Tonight I had a wonderful lady named Maggie to help me! She was patient, kind, and informative. I was having a ruff day and she really made me feel heard and she took great care of me. She helped me pick my perfect meal and she ensured it was top notch quality. She cooked my meal herself and was just an angel to encounter! My meal was made so perfectly to my fried zucchini was cooked to perfection everything was hot and I could tell it was fresh. Made with care! Great experience

Shift manager Maggie is as good as it gets! She's all about the customer and her friendliness is contagious. She advised me of the possibility of an extended wait time due to the freshness of the food, (chicken tenders in this case) and then delivered in less time than she quoted. Food was excellent, service was with a smile; every reason in the world to go back to this Carl's Jr!
