Everything in this location is perfect and clean staff was really friendly and the food was to die for. I really appreciate the hard work from the staff. I felt appreciated and that it mattered to come to this location to spend my money. I would be coming regularly even tho I have to drive about 15 mins to get here its worth the drive. Thank you to the staff.

Fantastic Service! Above and Beyond! I went to the Bataan Memorial location on 02/13/2026. Margaret C was the shift supervisor on duty and was able to assist me with my order because the Carl's Jr app was not functioning properly. I was able to order my food and customize it to my liking. The food was hot and fresh. Margaret C and her team were welcoming, professional and courteous. Great service :-)

They have a veggie burger that is made with zucchini coins. Its so bomb! You gotta try it.

My service at the window was incredible.The lady was so friendly and happy and excited to be at work that I was completely blown away. most of the time.The people at the window don't even talk to you.Other than to take your money and hand you your food she was so awesome that I tipped her more than my food cost, and she was so thankful and gracious and appreciative of the tip. I actually gave her a bit more. I realized they don't make a ton of money there. And I was happy, just seeing how happy she was. Actually, I don't normally stop at fast food restaurants, but I was really impressed with my burger. When I got home with it, I recommend carl's any day.
I only stop at places that has good reviews 4 stars and up this one had a 3.9. So I checked it out anyway because I was hungry Maggie was the lady that took my order she was great she suggested a 2 for 5 biscuit egg and cheese my food was just like I asked for it well done my biscuits was fresh great customer service so I'm going to give it a 4.4

Just went by for the Cali Burger double patti meal,. Was just mediocre, last time i went to a Carl's Jr was about 4 yrs ago, for same bad reason( sonic is way worse tho )., but kids working tonight was Awesome!! Thx Kidoes. Great personalities, courteous & friendly. See you in another 4 years tho.
