I decided to go take a chance on Catrina Tacos tonight and I really loved it. The birria and carne asada tacos were amazing! I also got rice, beans, guacamole , and a strawberry in cream dessert. I have a love-hate relationship with this restaurant. On the one hand, I admire the owners' hustle and drive to make their culinary dreams a reality. On the other hand, their inconsistent hours and spotty service have sometimes frustrated me.Let's start with the logistics - the restaurant's posted hours seem more of a suggestion than a hard and fast rule. We had the pleasure to have their menudo, their birria tacos, the asada tacos and the asada nachos! Their food was amazing! One of my favorite foods is menudo, and let me tell you, this menudo was delicious! It was clean, flavorful, spicy and full of meat! I highly recommend Catrina Tacos & Grill, hit them up, you won't regret it and remember to always support your local businesses and young entrepreneurs!
