HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! i ordered some asada fries and took more than 1 HOUR TO GET TO ME !!!! the lady said it wouldn’t be more than 45 mins!!! i’ve worked customer service before and this IS NOT HOW YOU DO IT!!!!! WILL NOT BE ORDERING AGAIN.

Chachis express every Saturday morning for 5 years…amazing service excellent food they are the best! We even get plain burger for our dog!!! He loves it! And their iced tea is amazing!

The Caldo de res had half raw vegetables. Please cook it longer.
It's a drive thru only. They have a dine in restaurant on the next block south of this location on the same street. All meals at all Chachis locations come out quick, hot, and delicious 😋
