Just had such a wonderful time here. The food was absolutely delicious. Our waiter was so nice I can't thank him enough for being such a rockstar. The brisket queasdilla left me full. It was so amazing i can't say that enough.

We were seated right away and our Waitress Ms. Zuleyva was outstanding. She was attentive, courteous, and very polite. I ask that Chili’s recognize her for her outstanding service. We’ve eaten at a lot of Chili’s over the years, and we’ve always received good service and great food, but this time was exceptional because of our Waitress Ms Zuleyva.

Service was good but the Nashville hot mozzarella sticks were way to over seasoned!!! It was like putting a spoonful of salt and spices in my mouth !!! I also asked for the Nashville hot chicken tenders and they gave me the original! Wouldn't recommend.

Ordered a complimentary entree for take out on Veterans Day , being a veteran myself I felt very happy and was made to feel a priority . There was a special message to veterans on the take out menu , was one of the most special messages to veterans that I’ve ever read , little things like this made my day , it made my eyes watery . Thank you Chili’s for being kind to me on Veterans Day . It made my day

I really like Chili’s!! it’s honestly one of my favorite places to eat. The food was great, and the service was just as good. Everyone was friendly and everything came out fresh and tasty. The only things I’d mention are that it was really cold inside, and in the women’s restroom, the stall door gaps are a bit too big.. it feels like people could accidentally see in, and it just felt uncomfortable. BUT Other than that, I had a great experience and would definitely come back.

So I normally order online, because sitting in a restaurant is not always the most feasible with a little one under 2. So I placed my order, for some eggrolls ( a pack, so obviously the order is gonna be under $40) and I ordered some tenders. I go in to pick up my order; and the staff for pick up orders doesn’t seem to have the slightest clue of how to help me. Another person with the same first name “Ari” (it’s common, so whatever) also placed an order for pick up, but they are through DoorDash, the order is different, and we have different last names. The other order is for Ari K and it was done through DoorDash, I placed my order directly through the website so my full name “Ari Simental” is on the order. So it’s one thing for whoever’s delivering the food to not know how to read—it’s a whole other thing for the restaurant that directly processes the order to not pay attention and give away whatever food. After we’re all on the same page , you cant confuse an S as in SAM with a K for KRIS. Apparently we all didn’t do great in kinder or something but whatever. My time was wasted, the services I paid for were not provided when I wanted them, so I requested a refund. It’s already been 5 business days and these idiots still haven’t returned my money. Super glad everyone else benefited out of me being ripped off, it was only 60$ but if the business is struggling that much I don’t mind reaching out to someone personally in corporate so I can be refunded the money I’m owed.

The manager was very attentive when checking the quality assurance. Above all, a very good experience.

I've given this place so many chances and thats my fault. I loved chilis and now its just a mess.Everytime we dine here there is something wrong with our order, something missing cooked incorrectly, poor staffing. Today ordered food Togo eith pick up time of 6:40 didnt leave till 7:10 due to them being backed up supposedly. Then our order was completely wrong. I won't be Dining here anymore

Nice place with friendly workers. Plenty of food choices. The food is good and you can request substitutions in your dish if you have dietary needs/preferences, like avoiding fries & getting a vegetables 👍🏻
