The food is great, the prices good, and they have wonderful service. The only drawback for me is the music is too loud, chalk it up to the fact I'm an older lady. Others will probably like that.
We went there at 5:30 with 5 open tables and we didn't get seated for 20 minutes. When I asked they said they were doing a "shift change". My 8yo grandson asked the hostess why they would do that at 5:30 as that's when a lot of people come to eat. She had no answer! I wonder why?

We wait an hour for our food, it got so bad the manager needed to give up chips on the house. To make matters worse we were late for a concert, and the food took so long.
They made us some strawberry margaritas. They were a bit strong for my taste but I’m sure some people would love them!!!

Horrible experience! Ordered for delivery to our hotel. Driver delivered to the wrong hotel even though I verified the address. When I contacted the driver he was rude, yelled at me and hung up on me. The photo he sent of the delivery was clearly the wrong place. He was adamant he delivered correctly and refused to rectify. I had to leave and go track down my order at another hotel (completely defeating the purpose of ordering for delivery). When I finally got it, food was cold, drink was missing. Terribly disappointing
The range of dishes offered is good, flavorful, if a bit salty. Service is good and music is not too loud. The place was clean. It misses a point because it is expensive for the type of restaurant it is. We can eat at Outback for less.

SALTY everything was soooo over salted. The tortillas chips, loaded with SALT. My chilli and my wife's chicken enchilada soup were so overly salty they were both completely inedible!!! We were given gift card, this was our first time eating at Chili's...never again.
